Pissed Granny fights Medicare Blue (PDP) insurance scam

     This 72 year old Granny, since her application for Social Security Benefits in 2008, has been harassed with monthly billing for the past three years with demands for drug insurance premium payments. She has sent numerous notices to MedicareBlue Rx (PDP) that her choice in the available Medicare health plans was and still is Original Medicare Part (A) ONLY.

     Attention MedicareBlue Rx (PDP) ------------ STOP MESSING WITH THIS GRANNY!
Your never ending correspondence harassing for premium payments since 2008 including your
letter and demands in correspondence March and April 2011 is the final straw.

     Obviously you are totally lacking of any human decency. In your March 2011 letter you have audaciously attempted to intimidate and manipulate this 72 year old Granny with fear by threatening to disenroll her from something she repeatedly refused to be enrolled in.
That is, you say, unless she immediately sends you a large payment for an obvious bogus prescription drug insurance plan by check which you WARN will permit you to automatically deduct future payments of some unspecified amount from her personal checking account. DAH 

     Do you really think Granny is so dense she wont comprehend that scum balls like yourself who ignore refusal of your prescription drug plan wont figure out that you will also then ignore choices regarding Electronic Funds Transfer and you will steal money from elderly peoples bank accounts?

     Obviously cowardly vultures like yourselves live in your own little fantasy world and believe your professional drug pushing accomplices, (disguised by title of Doctor) have by prescription drug
disabled your prey so you can waddle in and suck the blood out of the victims social security check.

     Your March 2011 letter goes on with your attempt to satisfy your greedy appetite by informing poor old Granny she can apply for other Government subsidies to pay for your illegal demands of prescription drug premium payments.
Scum ball Insurance vultures like you and your Doctor and Drug Company accomplices obviously are pushing and exploiting medicare recipients to steal from another Government Program solely to feed your filthy greed and YOU ARE the cause of the never ending rise of healthcare costs.
 
     Surely in a country of over 300 million people more than just this one Granny can see your greedy mission to destroy the country under the disguise of HEALTHCARE with YOUR WEALTHCARE.
Surely someone else out there can see your filthy crooked practice of attacking the poor and using them to steal from Peter (the Government) to pay Paul ( you the Greedy Healthcare Industry)

     Your March 2011 letter goes on by continuing to threaten Granny that if she doesnt purchase prescription drug insurance, ( which as you know social security allows her the right to refuse ) she will have to pay a late enrollment penalty. Of course when and how much is left questionably noted.

     Obviously your tactics of fraud do prematurely and incorrectly target the new 2014 insurance law. MedicareBlue Rx (PDP) is obviously overstepping the bounds of Medicare recipients rights by altering social security enrollment choices, claiming MedicareBlue Rx can enroll and/or disenroll people any time they choose and demand recipients, regardless of enrollment status pay insurance premiums on prescription drug plans retroactive for several years.
 
     Forty one days later, April 18,2011, MedicareBlue Rx (PDP),you have the audacity to send another letter demanding several hundred dollars for payment of unauthorized prescription drug insurance. Obviously MedicareBlue Rx intends to continue terrorizing, traumatizing, threatening, and bullying Granny for the remainder of her so called golden years until she dies.

     Enough!    MedicareBlue RX refuses to discontinue this scam operation so Granny will proceed to
notify everyone she can. Lets start at the Federal level.
 
1. CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS SERVICE CENTER - ATTN: MAIL FRAUD
      Mail fraud is an offense under United States federal law, which includes any scheme that
      attempts to unlawfully obtain money in which the postal system is used at any point.

2. Commander in Chief 
     Surely he needs to be informed that his 2014 health insurance demand reeks the odor
     of his initials and is prematurely kissing the soiled gluteus maximus of the out of control
     healthcare greed industry. Obviously cowardly vultures and slimy health care hucksters,
     perhaps with the aid of insiders tampering with social security records, arent waiting until
     2014 to demand insurance premium payments by fraudulently using the United States
     Postal Service to demand payment while ignoring senior citizens right of choice of Original
     Medicare Part A ONLY with rights to refuse Part D prescription drug insurance premiums.
     Perhaps we can hope because the President publicly acknowledges the harassment of his
     own STEP GRANNY in another country he will wake up and recognize he and his health
     insurance demand is making the life of somebody's GRANNY here at home in the U.S.A.
     a living hell by scam insurance companies, threats, bullying, terrorizing, with intimidation
     and trickery to steal from Senior Citizens the right to choose S.S. Medicare Part (A) ONLY

3. Medicare.gov the Official U.S. Government Site
    Prescription Drug Coverage (Part D) is voluntary

    And on and on with 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. etc
