Medici Quest - Canna XL Canna XL CBD product Mailed a brochure making 100% False Claims, Cure claims, Government involvement claims, with Guaranteed Results Colorado Springs Colorado
I am a pharmacist in Arizona and am aware of the trend towards CBD supplements and can appreciate the materials many benefits. That said, my mother and neighbors were recently targeted with a direct mail brochure SCAM from MEDICI QUEST out of Colorado making dozens of “false claims” as well as making “cure statements” to which I have attached images.
These types of BOLD sales approaches are no different than what the Mortgage Industry did to millions of Americans promissing low rates and low mortgage payements and we all witnessed what happened next. Companies with far reaching budgets who can afford to print and mail in large quantities are the most dangerous to America consumers and this company is no different.
The CLAIMS they are making in these brochures are 100% false and untrue.
#1. They state the Federal Government has made Hemp 100% legal in all 50 states and this is NOT TRUE
#2. They state guaranteed results - not true, CBD works differently in all persons and there are no guaranteed results
#3. Their claims are against the United States FDA Regulations
I want this REPORT to help others who receive this brochure be able to search for Fraudulent claims by Medici Quest to help protect future people from this type of aggressive marketing especially directled towards the elderly.
