Medicor,LLC. - a company that provides medical billing software and training business opportunity rip-off
On February 20, 2001, I purchased a business opportunity pakage over the phone by doing a check-by-phone. The amount of the medial billing package was $397 (including tax)
Ever since then, I have not been able to speak with anyone from the company directly, and I'm always connected to a automated system.
This company had a website and now it is closed due to a court hearing at the central district of California in Beverly Hills and Ihave not been sucessful at getting the phone number for that particular Court Disrict to find out what is going on. I invested my hard earned money in this company and I did not receive anything that I was supposed to get. They say it will take at leat 4 weeks before I receive the program delivered by UPS.
It is now one month later; exactly four weeks, and I am very angry. I will not stop until I get my money back and the the people responsible for this prosecuted.The case number is CV-01-1896-cbm(EX). I hope someone will be able to help me. Thank you.
