Medicpad USA Salesman claimed that Medicpad Ultramax was a TENS and EMS device. San Jose California
On November 4, 2017 at the Home Show in San Jose, CA a salesman claimed that the Medicpad Ultramax was a TENS and EMS device. At their website, medicpad usa . com/ it states it is only a TENS device and didn't mention anything about EMS. They refused to refund my monies on November 5.
They totally misrepresented their product to make a sale!
Anyway, its cheaper on ebay.
