On October 19, 2011 I purchased 2 golf training clubs and misc. attachments and video from a TV advertisement by this company. These were to be Christmas gifts and were not thought about again until recently. I agreed to pay $201.72 as a ONE TIME TOTAL COST which I put on my Visa Card.

I recently noticed a recurring charge of $133.24 on or around the 19th of each subsequent month. The last charge is scheduled for today, Jan. 17th. I contacted the company today and inquired about the charges.  I was told that I agreed to a $1 trial and was required to cancel that trial within 30 days. I would have NEVER agreed to that type of arrangement. My agreement was for a ONE TIME CHARGE!!! From the beginning I purchased these as Christmas gifts. They were not given to the recipients until that time. This would have been well past any 30 day trial period.

I was told by Jerry Cunningham, id no. 6033 that my only recourse is to return the product for an in-store credit. As I said, these were intended as gifts. I cannot ask to have them returned.

I consider this practice of recurring charges after a $1 free trial to be a misleading and dishonest sales practice and I have referred this to my attorney.  I have also disputed these charges with my Visa Card company.
