Medikin Anjali Transcribe, translate and proofread a 52 page file with accuracy and the owner of the company refused to pay me in full for my services. She claims the work was lacking quality. New York, New York
When working at home and far away from the client who digs up the work and supposedly gets a fair percentage of what I make for a job, one does take the risk of getting scammed. That is what happened when providing services to Medikin located in N.Y. I had been providing translation and general transcription for over 4 years for this company and then I get a second opportunity to type and translate English and Spanish. The work was turned in by the deadline date, which happened to be around Christmas of 2012 and then I get an e-mail from the owner claiming that her QA found the work to have very low quality -- the quality was so low that it needed to be redone. So she tells me that I should wait for a few days while another QA checks the same file and will give her answer. Well, after all this conflict of whether the file was acceptable or not, the owner decides to make me wait for my next to nothing payment until the next month, even though she is suppose to pay once a month, so she was late on the next to nothing pay of 50.00 and the original bill was 185.00 for services rendered to her company, Medikin. Beware of this company ---- so, now, she owes me 135.00, which I will surely not hold my breath and hope that she will pay me what I deserve for my accurate services. Do not believe it when they say the work is below the required quality --- I did have someone, who is another native Spanish-speaking, she was raised in Venezuela, revise my work and she said she did not find any major mistakes in my work. The owner is a very insensitive person and callous person.
