Medispa.com CANCEL YOUR ORDER, TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T REFUND Redding California
I placed an order with Medispastore.com on 29th May 2008 on 31st May 2008 I received an email telling me that my order could not be filled and had been cancelled and I would receive my refund 'shortly'.
I waited a week then rung customer service who informed me that the products I ordered could not be shipped to Australia and that's why my order had been cancelled and I would receive my refund in the 'order it was received'. I have since made numerous calls and emailed, I then asked to speak to the manager and asked the manager email me - no response.
It is now 26th June 2008 and I STILL don't have my refund. I should have received my refund the same time my order was cancelled, they kept saying me that my refund is coming - but, hey so is Christmas!!
No where on the website did it say that they couldn't ship the product to Australia - they quite happily took my order and my money - I'm not happy!!

Woops - I put the wrong company name in - was so frustrated with Medispastore.com that I didn't re-check what I had typed. Apologies to medispa.com if they ever read this. I have entered a new report under the correct company name.
