Horrific. Amazon sent me an email that gave us a "free" sample for filling out a survey. I'm SO LIVID that they ended up charging my card on a subscription service!!! I called the company and a manager was arguing with my husband over the phone saying they could only give me a 30% refund. BUYER BEWARE! This stuff doesn't even work anyway!
