I originally signed up for a paralegal course through Meditec in August of 2006. Due to health problems, I never completed the course. However, I had to pay for the course, anyway, since I took out a loan for it. I currently pay approximately $300.00 a month on that loan.

Fast forward to now. The collection agency that handled my original loan with Meditec now is demanding $1900.00 for a course I allegedly signed up for last November through Meditec. I NEVER signed up for any course. In fact, I was attending college at another school at the time. And there is no way I would take more courses with Meditec-not after the way they handled our first business transaction. So now I have to prove I didn't sign up for a course with Meditec. I almost believe that Meditec is trying to pad its coffers by falsifying enrollment documents to make it look as if people are signing up for their courses.

Stay away, FAR AWAY, from Meditec. Their courses are sub-par and they will try to bleed you dry for money.
