Complaint Review: Medlaserdepot

Sam Lehrer owner of Medlaser depot as well as Aesthetic Partners and The Laser Outlet sold me a 2006 Cutera XEO laser with a specific serial number and put a warranty on the machine.  I sent him via wire $20,000 in December and it is now April.  Over 4 months and I never got my laser and requested for my money back numerous times.  Accepting money with no intent to deliver a product is by defination wire fraud.  Sam Lehrer is a complete fraud, if you search him name via google you will find more out on him.  It is my stupidity to do business with him and trust him to complete this transaction.  Sam Lehrer has a criminal record for drugs and is a dishonest person in general.  I intend to take every action to stop him from harming others.  Local police, FBI, attorney general have already been notified by myself.
