Complaint Review: medlaserdepot

I reached out to Medlaser Depot, formerly known as Laser Outlet. I spoke with Sam Lehrer (CEO) on numerous occasions concerning a Medical Laser Device. 

Sam was always available to talk about this device and what a great deal I was getting. Keep in Mind, he was always Available. 

I was Warned by many people, Do Not Do Business with him, you will regret it!! I should have listened. 

So, I called sam, to tell him I did not feel comfortable doing business with him due to all the bad reviews. He proceeded to tell me, They were just old employees, don't listen to them..  Sure enough, I did do business with him.  I did not want to send him a check for a lump sum of money until I received my equipment. So, I advised sam I would feel more comfortable putting the money in a escrow acct instead. Sam did not like the idea, but that's the only way I would do business with him. He agreed at that point.

I received the equipment, but with a wrong hand piece. I called sam and advised him of the error. He apologized, but said he did not have my hand piece in. But he was offering it online for $3300.00.. 

While all this is going on, Sam constantly asked me to write him a review online. Probably because he didn't have any good reviews. I told sam I would write him a review as long as I received all my equipment and of course I would want the equipment to be in good working order. Which this is not the case! 

It's been close to a month now, and still nothing. He will not respond to any emails, telephone calls,or texts messages. 

I know he's in the office, but just putting me off. 

I have also found out that sam and Medlaser Deopt/Laser Outlet have now been blacklisted on MedDot! 

And... Sam Lehrer has many companies offering the same devices. 

I have been losing revenue, I have upset clients as well as a business partner, who didn't want me to do business with sam in the first place. 

My next steps are to report him to the BBB, and other agencies to warn possible buyers. I have also learned there is a Class Action Law Suite against Sam and his company. I will look into all details.

Good Luck to you all- hope you take my advice concerning doing business with Sam.. I sure wish I would have taken it by other people before I did business with Sam...
