MedPlan inc Ripoff thieves Albany New York
On the 3rd of April, 2002 the company MedPlan inc. has withdrawn $349.00 from my checking account from Washington Mutual Bank. On the 12th of April, 2002, I called them and I told them to cancel my account. They said okay, and they gave me the confirmation number 9988774. I have called them again on the 14th of May, 2002, the 29th of May, 2002, and many other times during July, 2002, but they still haven't returned me my money. Now finally they don't answer the phone anymore, and I have no contact with them by internet or e-mail.
I don't understand how they can allow these companies in the U.S. to steal from people through the documents by the bank account.

April 2002, Med-plan representative called me and
offered me the insurance. He stated that the insurance is free for 30 days and if you are not satistified with it;you could cancel the insurance and you could get your money back in 30 days. I called and canceled the insurance before the 30 days period.
The representative told me that I would recieve my money in May. May passed by, so I called again. Unfornately, another representative answered the telephone and she told I would recieve my money in 30-90 days. I called to speak to the manager and I always got an answer machine.
I left messages and no one ever called me back. So, I called again and the representative told me, I would get a refund on December 15, 2002. Now, it is January 22, 2002 and I have not yet recieved a refund.
I am highly upset with the lying company, because I work too hard for my money to give someone that kind of money. I think some legal actions need to be taken to stop this kind of NONSENSE!!!!!!

I do not think MedPlan have right to telemarket its products in CA. (Most of the health care discount offers are banned in CA.)
