Hey Folks!
Got some good news!
The Federal Trade Commission has appeared before an Illinois District Court and have siezed all of MedPlan's property.

See:
http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2003/02/medplan.htm
As well, the Canadian Competition Bureau have laid charges under two federal Acts in our country.

See:

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IF YOU'RE RIPPED OFF FROM MEDPLAN!

1. Close the account they debited your money from. IMMEDIATELY!

2. Lodge your complaint to
CANADA'S COMPLAINT CENTER
http://www.phonebusters.com/

3. U.S. COMPLAINT CENTER
http://www.ftc.gov/ - find link to Complaints on the front page and click on the link in the second paragraph which will take you to Consumer Sentinel.

Both of these are national data collection agencies, so follow up by phone [listed on their webpages]to get your registration number.

File your Rip-off Reports and I'll have ripoffreport.com in direct e-contact with the investigators who are still receiving complaints.

There has been 5 complainants I have communicated from this site. So THANK YOU ripoffreport.com

NOTE TO EDITORS: There has been over reportedly 500 complaints filed with law enforcement agencies on this company.

But all of these complaints are for MedPlan victims, and not Global Healthcare. It is essential that this name be highlighted here so victims have a place to get this information.

Right now, under a various search engines I have utilized, there are no responses to Global Healthcare or the names mentioned on the respective law enforcement's press release.

Do I create another file? Seems redundant.
