On July 2nd 2020, I signed up for lead generation which was to be paid quarterly. The charge was $399. In September, I was informed that their pricing would go up to $596/month.   The leads they provided went nowhere so on October 1st, I logged in to cancel.  Because I didn't agree to the price increase, my account was inactive and I had the option of signing up at the new price or paying annually for the $399. I was interested in neither so left the account.

Today, nearly 3 weeks after the agreed to billing date, they billed me $399 and after commincating with the accounts team, they refused to refund my money stating that I intial checked a box agreeing that they could bill me.  When I asked why my account showed inactive, they ignored the question.
