These people will approve anyone. They ask for a security deposit of 10%, once they have it they will tell you your funds will be in your account on a specific day.
When that day comes they will tell you they are having trouble with the transfer, or they will tell you the lender backed out. Either case you will never get your deposit back and the loan never materializes.
They will string you along as long as they can.
