Mega Furniture Scottsdale, AZ Manager "Elliot" is worse than a used car salesman!!! Scottsdale Arizona
I stopped into Mega Furniture Store in Scottsdale, AZ on June 7, 2013.
I was approved for $2,400 to purchase furniture.
I couldn't decide on whether to purchase this damaged discontinued table and because I was taking a few minutes to think about it, the manager told the sales person to tell me he was raising the price in order to pressure me to buy it.
When I asked to speak to the manager, he took a long time to come out and when he did he treated me very disrespectfully and a new price sign was placed on the table and he had raised the price from $2,000 to $2,500 for the dining set and credenza table.
I really wanted to buy something but was forced to walk away because of his treatement.

I remember you very well,we told you it was a cash price only,you insisted on financing the product,we said their would be a 20% increase to finance it for 2yrs(to cover finance charges to our company also a 10% down payment was required)you said you were not going to pay it, we then waived the 20% finance charge to make you a happy consumer,but that wasn"t enough, then you did not want to pay the 10% down payment required. the pricing was changed by 20% to cover any finance charges incured by Mega furniture.You were offered the $ 2000.00 price @ that point you refused,Then when we did talk you called me a racist,I decided @ that point to no longer do buisness with you.So if that is the definition of a "USED CAR SALESMAN" Then it be what it be.
