Complaint Review: Mega Movie Club

I have been waiting for a refund for months now for money that was taken out of my checking accout under my maiden name.

I have filled out the paperwork they sent me tha said ten(10)to fourteen(14) days to process.It has been two(2)months and they still haven't processed my refund.
I have spoken to a manager and supervisor they both can't tell me anything.

I am fed up and they should be band for selling things over the phone,Internet etc.
