I purchased a clutch kit from megatuning on ebay on 4/18/2016 09:53 PDT. The clutch started grinding and had a rough take-off since month one. The clutch came with a 12 month warranty. On Sep 1,2016, I filed for a warranty claim to return the defective clutch and get my money back. A month later from not hearing back, I decided to call them. 18 mins on hold, I was told than the manufacturer rejected my claim for warranty due to "oil contamination," which made no sense at all, especially from the pictures I had sent them. After 20 more minutes of arguing on the phone, it was very clear that the company did not care at all about their customer satisfaction. All they wanted was to keep the money, knowing well that their products do not hold up. It is one of those companies I guess that only expect to deal with each customer once after ripping them off. I am filing with the local authorities soon and the IC3.
