Ordered trial. Xtreme Wrap did nothing. Tried to return by calling numbers on jar but only get message to leave message and they would return call in 1-2 days. Left multiple messages on both numbers. 201-490-6875, 877-220-4719. Found another number on Internet 866-671-8986. Found a customer service on Internet ticket: No Answer (CBB-309-62091). They just keep sending emails for a survey which I responded minus one star. No response. Getting close to end of trial when I will be nbilled for total cost (not sure what it is can not find on their ad). Keep calling/emailing, leaving messages, no response. Want to return. I am going to put product in packaging it came in & mail back since I cannot get Megafitness or Forever Young Skin Care (on product) to respond.

10/13 Received call and email from contact@customersupportnow.com with instructions on how to return. Megafitness charged me $135 anyway. Will have to wait until they receive return to get credit.
