This company advertises that customer service is its #1 priority, yet no one responds. They have great prices, but are deceptive in their payment procedures.

I ordered 3 x-box packs and 2 cameras, which I paid in full for on 11/23/2004 and they debited my ATM/debit Visa card in full (nearly $1300). Finally after many days of emailing and calling I got someone on 11/29 who said that the sales amounts were first too high and I would have to wire the money (not disclosed on their website and why would they debit my account if this was not their policy). Then I was told the product was not in stock anyway. On 11/29 they were to notify my bank to credit the $1300 back. Then later in the day I got an email to wire the money - what?!? Then I called on 11/30, and got no one all day long. Today I got a person named DeeDee who said she would take care of this by 1:30 pm, still tonight nothing. She was also to fax (to my toll free number) a confirmation, not done.

So, this leaves me with unhappy customers, out $1300 of my customer's money and now I suppose I will have to get an attorney. Beware - they are very bad business people. Perhaps just unorganized, perhaps fradulent. Do not base your eBay drop ship business on them, it will cause you negative feedback - mine was perfect until this mess.
