Complaint Review: Megawin Promotional Prices

i received a letter from this company saying thay i won $45,000 from a lotto drawing that was on October 20th 2006. They even sended me a check as payout for the amount of $1,966.33, and that was for payment and processing fees. Get this, they give me a number so that i could my Client care Manager who never picks up the phone or it's busy. Then i had to called by December 21st 2006, but the letter came in the mail on January 26th 2007. What's going on? Why would they do this to people? Please, if anyone gets this scam, it's not real, and report them please.
