I met Richard Mbariket on 12/04 from Alibaba.com and thought that he runs a legitimate business because he is a trustpass member. I ordered 500 Juicy Couture handbags from him and they were seized by customs for counterfeits. Liz Clairborne, Inc. sent me a letter threaten legal action if I don't stop importing counterfeits when I explained to them that Richard Mbariket defrauded me by knowing that the handbags are counterfeits and sold them to me as the original.
I'm out of $6,000 because he will not pay the debt balance and he is hiding behind his LLC to defraud people. Do your homework on this guy on any search engine and you will see how many others he defrauded.

Richard Mbariket got busted by the FBI for trafficking counterfeits. He sold a counterfeit golf club to the Fed and got indicted. This is per your words Rich "I have to eat", I guess you got so desperate and stupid since you will sell to anyone in order to eat. Another good news is that he got busted again by the CA court:

Hi,
I would like to explain my side of the story and clear up this commotion. Cuong Vu has been a great mentor and I have nothing but positive things to say about him.
In all our years of business we have never taken anyone's money and not deliver their goods. We are not in the business to rip anyone off or TAKE your money and run.
We've had complaints as well as praise but what you will not see is a complaint where we never delivered or refunded. Its just not our style.
As of today (March 24, 2006) Cuong Vu and I are in good terms and correspond practically every day.
There are those of you that like our products/services and those of you that do not for one reason or another. That is O.K because you can't please all the people all the time.
I hope this helps to clear up a few issues and if you're interested in doing business with us, contact us and we'll address your concerns.
