Complaint Review: Megice - Patrick Li

 I received my package and neither puppies (Product) look like the picture/Image that was posted. They don’t even look like the video that was played.

I didn't recieved the items I purchased they are not what I ordered and asked for a refund the tried to bargain with me through many Customer Service reps. but never allowing me the full refund, after many emails they say the can give me a full refund but I would have to pay for the shipping.

Their policy stated Free return and 100% guranteed refund if not satisfied. I am not sending something back without a shipping label and they don't want to make it right by sending me the right products I ordered. I have saved all emails, screen shot all their policies etc. But not getting a refund I don't even want this product.

Please help I noticed there are allot of other people online that ordered different products from this company that have been scammed too. Please get this company shut down and let Patrick Li get arrested for fraud and scamming people.
