I ordered dvds from the mego store. They sent an incomplete ordered. When contacting for rest of order, they will not respond to emails. I requested a refund of the payment for dvds not delivered and did not get any response after emailing four times in the last month. Refuse to reply concerning the completion of order or refund of payment send.

I have no idea who this individual is, I have search my database and cannot find anyone with the name "Shank" in their name anywhere, nor can I find any email that reflects the circumstances outlined in the complaint. If this is in fact a valid complaint, I'd welcome a response with a full name and order number so I can investigate it further.
