Complaint Review: Mego Store

I ordered decals for my 70's Mego Action figures and a pair of gloves for one of them.  After waiting 7 weeks for my order to arrive, the only thing in the envelope were he decals.  I sent several emails to Joe DeRouen, the owner, explaining my order was incomplete and received no response until I filed a PayPal report.  Joe emailed me and asked what the problem was and I explained again that my order did not include the gloves I had paid for.  As of this report, I have still not received the gloves, a refund, or even a response from Joe or Andrea DeRouen.  My order was place on May 4th and it is August 30th.
