My cosmetic veneers by Dr Parsa had to be totally redone. I was in constant pain, and I was unable to eat or drink anything cold. My bite was off and I experienced excruciating pain while biting down. It was painful to bite down on lettuce.

Additionally, the colors of my veneers did not match. This discrepancy was caused by Dr Parsa's incompetence: Dr Parsa had my veneers molded in two different labs. Later I learned from other dentists that not only is it impossible to have the shade of the veneers match if they are made in different dental labs, but that this common knowledge in the dental community.

I went to two of the best dentists in the metro-Atlanta area for a second opinion. I was told by both dentists that everything about my veneers was incorrect: the shade, shape, even length. Most importantly, my bite was so unaligned that I would have eventually lost my teeth, had I not had the entire procedure redone. This was my only option.

Dr. Parsa did not accept responsibility for his poor workmanship, and his handling of the situation was completely unethical. Initially, he had agreed to refund all but $1,250 of the money I spent on the procedure. However, he then wrote me a letter refusing to refund any of the money to me.

I paid Dr. Parsa a substantial sum of money because I trusted him to do my veneers correctly. He gave me no indication that he did not have the training to do my veneers for me. On the contrary, there is a video shown in the waiting room, and photos of before and after advertisements on the walls enticing patients to have the procedure done by Dr. Parsa. This is false advertising.

Obviously Dr. Parsa does not have the skills to replace people's teeth with veneers. Had he the special training to perform cosmetic dentistry correctly, I would not have been subjected to the hellish pain of having the procedure done twice, and I would not have had to pay for it twice. No one should be subjected to this type of mistreatment.
