He disolved the other company and now started a new one. IRG Real Estate. Dont do business with Him or with IRG. He is an con artist

I can assure you all you have to do is check out his website as as to what he claims to be, and then ask him for his credentials.
Tom, Tommy, or Mannish or whatever his name may be represents himself as a real estate agent, a realtor, a franchior, Or even an attorney.
He is none of these, He has enough legal knowledge only to know how to avoid the law by hiding his assets in LLCs and corporations, and has learned how to scam people and get away with it.
