meinekecar care center # 337 worked on truck and the problem still exist columbus Ohio
took my truck to meineke car care center # 337 for service engine check light. they replaced air charge temp sensor and spark plugs. eight days later same problem, they mass air sensor the manage told me the truck would run a little rough until about 40 mile then would run smoother. on the way home the truck began to run a rougher. i call the manger to inform him of the problem. the next day while i was takingt the truck back to the shop it stop running. on 4/10/15 i had to call a tow truck to carry it back to meineke. i told the manager that i felt i was over charged for parts and he charged me for repairs that was not the problem. he refused to return some of my money. on 4/10/15 i called meineke customer service to file a complaint. they returned my call on 4/13/15 and stated that it was up to the manager and he refused to return some of my money. on the evening of 4/13/15 the service light came on again therefore the problem is still there.
