Complaint Review: Meiqin Hu or yimaoyi.v.yupoo.com

I was contacted by a person who identified himself as Justin who informed me he had jerseys for sale for $15 ea. This is a little chaper than I am use to buying them for, and since I only use them for autographs, I thought I'd take advantage of what I thought was a good deal. The following is information the seller provided me:

Said I could send payment to:

I placed the order on 4-19-2014, he stated he would ship it via DHL and I would have my items (18 jerseys) in 6 days. I paid for my order in full on 4-20-2014 via Western Union and provided him with the MTCN number. He stated he received the MTCN number and was in the process of "preparing my order". 10 days later I requested an update and DHL tracking number and never heard back.

I sent another email the next day, and the day following that, and still did not receive an answer. I informed the seller that if I did not have my product or a DHL tracking number within the next 48 hours I would file a claim against them and make everyone on the internet aware of their actions. So, here I am out $270 and I hope this helps! Lastly, to the seller, you are a scumbag and karma is a b***h!
