My wife knew it was too good to be true. If I had to do it all over again...I would rather slit my wrists than deal with these f***king scum of the earth assholes.

We were in the middle of a bankruptcy and Mel Clayton Ford called and said they could work with us. Well, cutting to the chase, we bought a 2005 Ford Focus and it went relatively smooth. We provides all the monies they needed, references, paperwork, ect. We drove off, and all was good. Until my mom passed away of a heart attack Christmas Day, two days after we bought the car. She was soo proud of us.

Well, like other stories I read, we got numerous phone calls requesting this and that. They lost our down payment check, paperwork from the trustees office and numerous paychecks and personal information.

I am gonna sue the a*s off these guys. Ever heard of identity theft, well these guys are doing it. They lost all soo much paperwork, they never had any intention of giving us a loan. They we rude, never returned calls and no one had any clue what the hell is going on.

They will be stopped...right here...right now. Terry Goddard and my lawyer are coming after there asses. Stay tuned.........

Oh yeah...they repossed my car...why you ask? And the paperwork it said failure to provide requested references and paperwork.

HELLLLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!! d**k twats...YOU F***ING LOST IT ALL YOU SHITHEADS!!!!!!!!!! GO STRAIGHT TO HELL YOU MUTHA F***ERS AT MEL CLAYTON! STRAIGHT TO HELL AND DON'T PASS GO OR COLLECT $200!

Why buying a new car?

They are not stealing you identity, they are trying to steal your money.

If you are in the middle of a bankruptcy why in the world would you be buying a new (or less than year old) car? You know you will have to pay super high interest and the interest you do pay would probably make the payments on a reliable older car.
