Mr. James and his team was to perform the following repairs to lanudry room/ utility room was,to relocate water heater and reinstall to code. Repair and refill concrete floor. Move and relocate electrical fixtures for appliances and install a GFI. Install ceramic floor tiles. Frame up wall and install a window, Install outside sliding and paint. Paint the lanudry room. Mr. Melvin James didn't report to work after I picked up the Owner/ Contractor permit at the Building Inspections & Code Department in Columbus, GA.
