Buyer beware when getting an quote for roof shingles. Yoder's padded the estimate by 12 square of shingles that I did not need on a re-roofing project. Not only was I going to be charged for the shingles themselves, but also for the labor to install, labor to remove existing shingles and disposal. According to the proposal...approximately $6,000 more than needed.
I am sure that they thought I would not count the bundles of shingles that would be delivered.
How did I know that the quote was grossly over bid...because I have the original shingle order from when my house was built.
Needless to say I did not choose this contractor and neither should you!
