Complaint Review: Melaleuca

Melaleuca Just TRY to cancel your membership, having to jump thru hoops, lousy customer services. Idaho Falls Idaho

I found out that trying to cancel your membership is harder than obtaing a law degree! I had to speak to no less than 4 "customer" reps in order to cancel membership, and they still would give me no guarantee it was cancelled until they receive my letter, although the letter was faxed and they ackowledged they received the letter.

My sister was with them for several years and tried to cancel, and they said they never received her letter although she has the CMRR (green card) from the USPO. She still was charged for unwanted "back-up orders", even though she reused them when the UPS driver delivered, they went back and was still charged. She was furious.

She complained to the Attorney General, and finally after 5 months of problems from this "company" she received a refund, but she had to contact the AG to get one. Will I have to do the same thing?

I have already contacted my bank and they said this is fraud if they take my funds. It cost me a stop payment order, but it was well worth it!

Is this anyway to run a company?? I think not!!!
