Melaleuca should not call themselves a reputable company because they failed to satisfy me as a customer and a marketer for 6 months. Their products are of low-quality, low quantity, expensive and limits choices to receive discounts for future orders. My former sponsor kept telling me that I had to make training calls in order to succeed in my business. They do not accommodate to deaf persons. Then she told me to go to the website for training.

I thought the website was poorly programmed, especially for someone who does not know computer jargon. I cancelled my membership and they failed to accept a formal letter, a certified letter and three phone calls. It took three months after they notifying them with 5 different correspondence, and they continued to send three unwanted orders which I returned with a signature form from USPS.

Melaleuca is a great company

I have been with Melaleuca for over two years and have fully enjoyed their products. I find the products of high quality and very good pricing. Since I have referred others to the company I really have never had to pay for the products since my checks cover the cost of my products. I have a problem with people that complain about customer service and that they have cancelled and still received a back up order. If you have called the company and followed the cancellation process you should have not been charged. You should be blaming your enroller for some of your problems not Melaleuca. Your enroller should have been on the phone helping you. Don't blame the company since your enroller is not doing their job. I take my position with Melaleuca very seriouly. If and when any of the people I have enrolled, have had problems of any kind which has been few and far between, I have been on the phone with Melaleuca for them. I take this business very seriously. I feel this is a great opportunity with a great company. I have always been able to solve any problem with no hassles at all from the company. These products have helped with the health of my husband and I will always be a customer of Melaleuca. Cindy I am sorry you have this opionion of this great company. Anyone that has cancelled under me has just cancelled with one signed letter and no problems at all. Shame on your enroller!

Oh dear! sorry to hear you had such a hard time with customer services

Cindy, sorry to hear you had such a hard time with customer services. It's always disheartening to hear that they are not doing their job right. But please, don't let that reflect on Melaleuca the company and products.

You reckon the products are of low quality? How do you figure that one out? Melaleuca's products, and the products of other companies that they market (Nicole Miller, EcoSense etc), are of extremely HIGH quality! And, all their products are of LOW quantity because they are concentrated. Where else can you buy floor cleaner for a bottle? (Tough & Tender, when diluted as instructed, in the spray bottle, will make 94 bottles, and based on looking at the prices for the US, as a PC (preferred customer), you can buy it there for $4.99 per bottle, now let's see 499cents / 94bottles = 5.3cents per BOTTLE!).
Can you buy a cleaner at your local store that will give you 94 bottles, of the SAME consistency and power, for 5.3cents? No, I didn't think so!

You obviously looked for one excuse after another to cancel your membership! Yet, you enquired about it, checked it out, saw what it was all about, had the chance to ask if there were facilities for deaf people (btw, you CAN use the telephone with appropriate facilities for deaf people for ANY telephone call), and what's difficult about using the computer? It's harder to use THIS site than it is to use your homepage given by your Melaleuca team! And how would YOU know that the internet site is poorly programmed if you know nothing about 'computer jargon' as you say? Double standard there!

Okay, so we've established that you're simply one of those people that wants everything for nothing.

Do you have a valid claim? Apart from the trouble with customer service, NO.
Your report is inconsistent and trust me, as a business owner of 4 businesses, 6 months trying a business is not even close to knowing what it takes to be successful!

Good luck in your convenience store job, because I think that's about as successful as people like you are going to be unfortunately!
Melaleuca is a wonderful opportunity to build your own business and use products that are clean, safe for you and your environment and do exactly as they say they will, with no harmful side effects like some brand name products!
But this business takes WORK! HARD work! But the results are long lasting, rewarding and even if you don't like the business, the products alone are worth their weight in gold!
