Hi! I was with the company Melaleca for almost 2 years.
I worked VERY hard, and was left with little to show for it. Only twice did I receive a check for over 400.00.
I barely made enough each month to cover orders I HAD to place.
I believe only few people will succeed with the company. People who LIE!
The products are NOT cheaper!
The prodcts are NOT better! They barely work.
Now after not being with the company and using the store cleaners, I LOVE them!!! They work and my home smells clean! I will never go back.
The customer service was horrible.
Products way over priced
I was lied to tons of times!
35 points is atleast 70 dollars...thats 6-8 products...would you really spend that much at Kroger for 6-8 products? NOOOO!
Once you enroll 8 people and you are Director...you have to DOUBLE your order... i have boxes and boxes of ridiculous prodcts left over.
I wasted so much time and energy and money believing in the company. Don't waste yours!

I use to refer others to the products but found that I was not making what I needed in order to pay my bills. And it seemed to get harder to get others to also sign up especially with the way the economy went. I put many hours of my days working HARD to no avail.
However, even though I no longer earn money at this... the products are outstanding and I do recommend the products. I know of people that join together with other family members to get the 35 product points and to me it is worth it.
I don't think that I have been able to find products for me that work as good and are cheaper than what you can get through Melaleuca... In better times, who knows, I might join again and give it another try.

I really feel for people who go into a business with the dream of becoming "rich" quickly and without a lot of effort! Nothing works that way!! No matter what someone may tell you!
I use Melaleuca products and refer other customers. I love the products and never felt that I "had" to order monthly just because of the requirements...I order because I USE the products! I am very happy with every product that I have tried from Melaleuca and have no problem reaching the required monthly product points. I fully understood that I would be required to order 35 product points per month and I am careful to explain that to all of the people that I have referred. If you don't like the products simply cancel! I know from experience that it truly is simple!
I no-longer buy any cleaning or skin-care products from stores or direct sales companies and I am definitely saving money! If you stop buying your other products from the store, you are not spending any "extra" money, you are simply buying better quality some where else...

I agree with Polly. I use the products because they work for me. I cannot walk down the cleaning aisles in stores because the out-gassing makes me ill. Having the products ordered online and delivered to my door works great for me.

After trying the vitamins, I have noticed improvements to my well-being. My dental hygenist noticed a great improvement after I started using the old tooth polishes. I can no longer use them because they changed the formula to include Xylitol. I have a great upline and read the directions, so I know how to use the products and which ones to use for different jobs. I will not go back to shopping in the store for products that make me sick.

Comparing prices with store bought items doesn't seem quite right but comparing the "cost-per-use" is more fair. Since we can get water from the tap, most Melaleuca products do not have added water. Saves on shipping weight, too. Didn't Tide start producing their detergent without the added water now, too?

I have not done much with my "business" because I am more interested in using them. I am finding more friends have gotten into purchasing and I wish I had been their enroller. Missed opportunity for me, I guess.

It saddens me to read how some people are blaming the entire company and the products for having signed up with salespeople who do not know what they are doing or selling and just trying to work a business.

We all see value in different things, I have been a customer for 1.5 years and have not actively tried to refer others but I love their products and have no problems placing a minimum order each month. Maybe these products just weren't for you and if you can't even see the value in ordering and are not even using 35 points worth of products each month it obviously isn't for you. I order my vitamins and supplements each month and as I need them I order all of my cleaners and bath/body products, my husband also likes the bars.

There are hundreds of thousands of satisfied Melaleuca customers out there, don't let these sour apples on the rip-off report deter you from trying their products. I personally can't wait to place and receive my order each month, I even put in a 2nd order on Monday. I love this compnay, the products and everything they stand for!
