I answered her email followed her directions and Western Unioned her $250.00 for the adoption of a puppy and the airfare it would cost to fly him to me. Well a person by the name of Ruben Lopez picked the money up but I have never heard from them since. I never receive my puppy I paid for.

No respectable animal rescue is going to ship a puppy to you. They need an application from you, will check your personal references and vet references and perform a home check. Then they will let you meet the dog. No rescue is going to ask you to Western Union money because you are going to see them face to face when you pick up a dog after being approved.
Everyone needs to educate themselves so they know a good rescue from a bad one.
