Complaint Review: Melbourne IT

Melbourne IT unilaterally broke our contract and kept my money.  I paid Melbourne IT in advance for 10 years of domain registration in 2005.  After 6 years Melbourne sent me an expiration notice.  I sent Melbourne a copy of my receipt and asked that they correct their records.  Melbourne's response was that they canceled my transaction and told me to renew and pay. But I have a receipt for 4 more years, I said.  Melbourne said: It's no good, we canceled that transaction.
