I was unable to get any response from Melbourne IT by phone or email after paying my bill to inform them that they were sending my bills to the wrong email address.  They also allowed my domain name to get hacked, but I can't contact them regarding this since they won't let me change my email address.  Of course, when I try to login to change it online, it denies me access.


 


Although they would take my PAYMENT without a "Registry Key" and an invalid email address, they refuse to allow me to login without extensive paperwork, a registry key, and a valid email address.


I asked them to cancel my account, and they refused--they have a "no refund" policy.
