I purchased a red poodle from Lindy, APRIL 2009. When talking to her, BEFORE MY PURCHASE, I told her I was a breeder, and I did not a want a dog with a bad bite, bad legs, or too big. WHEN I RECEIVED THIS PUPPY-IT WAS VERY EVIDENT HE HAD AN AWFUL OVERBITE!!! I IMMEDIATELY CALLED LINDY---SHE SAID SHE KNEW IT HAD AN OVERBITE, BUT THOUGHT SHE WOULD TAKE A CHANCE ON ME ACCEPTING THE POODLE. I TOOK THIS DOG TO MY VET! AT HIS CONFIRMATION, THE DOG HAD A BAD OVERBITE! I CALLED LINDY AND TOLD HER WHAT MY VET SAID.I PAID TO SHIP HIM BACK TO HER THE VERY NEXT DAY----LINDY ASSURED ME SHE WAS A CHRISTIAN AND SHE WOULD REFUND MY MONEY ---PLUS THE COST FOR ME TO SHIP HIM BACK TO HER..LINDY AGREED TO REFUND ME A TOTAL OF $1,650.00 TO THIS DAY SHE HAS ONLY REPAID $1000.00 --- SHE HAS THE DOG--- AND RESOLD HIM- AND STILL OWES ME $650.00.-- BE AWARE---IT IS MY BELIEF LINDY CANNOT BE TRUSTED. BUYERS BEWARE!

This woman purchased a pup on the day it was born. I took payments from her until the pup was ready to go home to her. I state in my contract that I do not guarantee cosmetic tendencies and there, never was bite mentioned. No way to tell what bite the pup would have at a day old. Never was this discussed. I have a no refund policy but will give another pup at the same price of their liking. Lindas husband lost his job and she had buyers remorse. I paid to ship the pup back to me at my cost of almost 350.00. I also was kind enough to refund more than what I ended up selling the pup for. I told Linda I would sell the pup for her and refund her what I sold it for to be kind to her but that is all I could do unless she wanted another dog. She declined. I did more than I shoud have or needed to do. I believe this was a case of buyer
