Melissa Divanna ripped me off. I was asked by her to work for her and find her the things she needed for her music business. She informed me what work she needed done, she told me I would be compensated and I got her exactly what she needed which was someone to take her recordings on some cheap beats she bought off the internet and have this person that I found through my connections mix, master, and create new beats and hand her a completed legitamite album that she could take to market. she scheduled me to meet her to discuss compensation and what other work she needed done. She canceled and said she is good for now and that she has the contact and she has everything she needs from me at the current moment. I asked her what I would be getting Compensared. She said that I will keep working with her and she will tell me later. I said no, I need to know what I am being compensated and I am no longer comfortable working with her because she is keeping me in the dark regarding compensation. She said if I'm no longer working with her then she is not giving me anything and that she has what she needed from me and I'm not getting anything. I told her that is not fair and she said I should have kept working with her and the she wouldn't have ripped me off. Beware working with this person. Super unethical and shady.

You gave me the phone number of a producer as a gesture with no talk of payment. If I knew I was being charged to reieve someones number I never would have taken it, because that is ludicrus. Also as far as your stange behavior I could not make up those detials even if I tried.
Please feel free to upload any agreements we had written out about me "hiring" you to give me a phone number. When you hire someone that requires paper work. Please, I encourage you to upload any proof you have of me "hiring" you, or any proff in genereal regarding your side of the story.
You gave me a phone number and then after the fact demanded me to pay you for it. This is ludicrous and any one reading this report hopefully will see that this is delusional.

This person is a liar and never paid me. Plus made up a bunch of crazy s**t in a response. Bottom line, had I got paid I would have never had an issue, just like anyone who does work and doesn’t get paid who got ripped off would.

This report against me is completely false. The person who posted it, Ben, was a random guy I met at a bar one night. I was talking to my sister about my music and he chimed into the conversation. He told me that he knew of a great music producer that could help me create my songs.
He graciously offered the contact info for the producer with absolutely no mention of needing any compensation. He offered to meet and discuss my music with me further because he claimed to know a lot about the industry. He was a very odd person and kept mentioning extremely weird things through out our conversation but I genuially wanted to hear him out.
We exchanged phone numbers and I sent him a few demos I had so he could check out my music. We met the next day at my apartment to talk and he was absolutely psychotic. He was telling me that he is a witch that can cast spells on people and that he thinks the pictures on my walls were sending him messages. Naturally I was scared and never contacted him again after that meeting.
After that day he began to contact me demanding compensation for giving me the producers phone number and threatened that if I did not compensate him he would leak my demos to various sites including song trader and collect revenue for them.
I blocked him and contacted song trader to make sure there was no record of any of my songs being submitted, which there was not because he could not get away with doing it, so instead in order to seek his revenge for me not "compensating” him he posted this review. I sympathize with the fact that he is mentally ill, but it’s not fair for me and my entire dream of doing music to have to suffer the repercussions.
All I am asking is that the right thing is done and to please remove this false report. You can contact my sister Justine who was with me the day at the bar and whitnessed his strange behavior right away. Her phone number is (((REDACTED))). If any other sources are needed to support my story I can reach out to a few other people that were at the bar and noticed how odd he was and can vouch for my honesty.
