I initially contacted Caretta Detailing for a job inquiry. The scheduler was very rude and disrespectful. He didn't state his name and wasn't interested in helping. Then I received an email from Melissa Fluentes who was unprofessional and I responded in a professional manner. I later then tried again and called to find the scheduler's name is Tom and he still behaved unprofessional with but ended up scheduling an interview. I did searches online to see if there was any consumer reports or anything about the company, or locations of their ADS dealers. So far I found nothing. I looked at Ms Fluentes email and noticed apsrecon, so I looked that up and found exactly what I didn't want to see. The next day, I decided not to travel 30 miles for an interview and gave plenty of notice, I wasn't coming in. Melissa Fluentes sent me a nasty email in response which was uncalled for. For those looking for a job or doing business with or even looking to detail their vehicles, boats and aircrafts. Please look somewhere else, these people are unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. They all have a mentality of a spoiled 12 year old and it isn't worth you time and money.

#3Consumer Suggestion

Thu, June 30, 2016

I recieved a call 2 weeks ago for a job at Caretta. I thought it was a joke how rude the individual was. He asked me if I knew how to read email because apparently he had sent me one I hadn't received yet. He said to follow the instructions in the email and call him back and he would "get me a job". A few hours later I received the email with some video links but after my initial introduction to the comany I deleted it as I have no interest in working for or with people like this.

So, the next day late in the afternoon I received a phone call. The individual said he was calling about an online ad I responded to. At the time I had applied for several positions. He didn't inform me of who he was or where he was calling from so I nicely asked him. That's when I realized it was the same guy from the day before as he immediately started hitting me with attitude. He started getting a little rude and then progressively more rude as the brief conversation went on. He asked me 3 times what my background is in and when I started to explain he would rudely interupt. He then started insulting me and I began to exchange words with him. After this conversation was about about a minute and a half in he said that I "blew it and am now missing out on $35 dollars an hour" and that "he's made his decision and I dont have what it takes". He was acting like a spoiled rich kid who just got denied having things their his and making it seem like I missed out on the opportunity of a lifetime. I was telling a freind the bizarre story and thought I would look online for something. Well here you go..

Thank God I did'nt continue with my 2nd interview. I heard they pay decent money but they are all very rude. I would rather work with nice people as I do now and make a little less than with Carretta Detailing. I hope the worst for them.
