Did you think for one second that your boo h*o story would work? Let me break it down.

UPS investigation showed you had 11 delievres from different vendors (some from Canada) on one week where YOU signed for all of them. UPS drives testified to his supervisor that every time he attempted to get someone else signature (male and female) they would direct him to you! And YOU made it clear to the driver that you are the only one authorized to signer. So stop lying you had this all planned with daddy. Daddy orders under his card and you sign. Later daddy says I never got it....

You note you are not part of daddy life. Well why are you living in a home on wier st that daddy bought for you. Daddy bought 3 homes to "flip" using blood money from stolen items and gave you one...must be nice....

I have provided images of our fixtures at your cafe. You have clearly noted that we have been ripped off and yo know it. So if you really are NOT like daddy, do the right thing!

1. Go to your local police and turn him in for theft.

2. You send us (the collection agency we hired) the monies for the fixtures your using or make him do it.

3. Contact his bank and let them know he committed fraud and lied about not receiving the fixtures

We have your address on Weir st which we will not post ...for now.  You have nothing to look forward to but jail and bad karma. DO THE RIGHT THING, PAY THE COLLECTION AGENCY AND REPORT YOUR DADDY. EJ Thompson, ran from his problems in California, only to come set up shop in Denver and create the same problems for himself.

He has no integrity, a horrible reputation and is facing several lawsuits in Colorado.  From mail fraud, to check fraud, to illegally building without inspection/permits.   

He pulled the same type of credit card scam with his bank (under Windpower).  He was having his girlfriend write checks, he would cash them, then he would file a report saying it wasn't him and get refunded.  This matter is still under investigation by Lakewood PD.

I cannot wait for this worthless POS to end up back in jail where he belongs.

You are not listening or taking into consideration what I said.  I have NO IDEA WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT.  I understand you're mad, and have been ripped off.  I would be very upset as well.  Though, you are pulling the wrong people in this.  I RECENTLY have found out about all this bs he has done IN THE PAST.  I didn't realize that he was doing any of this and now I'm being dragged into this?  This isn't fair.  And let me ask you.. have you ever signed for a UPS package?  When they arrive, they find ANYBODY to sign off the package so they can be on their way.  I can think of like maybe three packages I signed for and all those times I was alone.  SO OF COURSE THEY HOUNDED ME DOWN IN THE SHOP so they can deliver the package like their job entitles.  It's just such a big issue for you because you were ripped off.  What my dad does is not my concern.  You do not know our half-a*s relationship.  I didn't even know my dad until several years ago.  So A LOT of this is all news to me.  I am still new to Denver and am TRULY and UTTERLY upset that now I'm involved in some bs.  Thank you very much for clarifying my concerns in our relationship, but still, I would GREATLY appreciate if you disinclude me from all this mess.  I did not purposely rip you off, nor did I even know I was doing so while signing for a d**n package.  I am just trying to make a living and survive.  Also it is NOT MY BUSINESS.  I am an employee who works hardly 20 hours a week because they don't even see me as a good employee.  You can pick a fight with several other people that I can think of, but I really have no part in this.  You can go ahead and take me to court, waste your money, to come to ALL these conclusions.  I have no record, and haven't even been working at The Mean Bean for more than 3 months at this point.  

I'm truly sorry that you were ripped off and now seeking revenge, but you need to take a deep breath and realize that you're just blindly accusing the wrong people.  Do what you have to do with my dad, but I did not have any part in this.  Sorry that I signed for a package.  I truly apologize and obviously am NEVER doing such a common task ever again, because of people like you.  I am so upset that I am now involved in something that I didn't even know about.  I have never gotten in trouble in my life and this freaks me out.  Though, you are very mistaken if you think just complaining to "daddy" is going to fix this.  He doesn't listen to me.  

BTW - "Daddy" is what you call someone who treats you like a daughter and has been around in your life and isn't allowing you to get screwed over.  I prefer Father, or Dad.

And and I am sure the public will agree...you should be amgry at your crook dad for involving you. So before you blame others for naming you, look at him and ask him: "Daddy why did you make me sign for so many delieveries and later dispute receiving them"? Or are you also part of his scam?

Either way you have no one to blame but your dad! Blaming us will not work. Pay for what your using. As a reminder your cafe was built on lies and stolen items. Your dad used fake permits. The drive thru is not permitted. He used an electricans license without his knowledge. He robbed a bullding in Denver of all its copper. He comiited insurance fraud in California. He steals and robs consumers in denver as well as a contractor. All in all you know who your dad is. So go to him today and tell him you want out of his criminial ring. Because we are placing your name in collections and in all reports. WHAT YOU TWO HAVE COMMITTED IS CREDIT CARD FRAUD AND MAIL ORDER FRAUD. BOTH ARE FEDERAL OFFENSES. YOU CAFE HAS OUR FIXTURES AND I HAVE PROVIDED A PICTURE ON HE PREVIOUS POST AND PICTURES TO THE FEDS. MELISSA JACKSON YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE SIGNED FOR YOUR DADDY! BLAME HIM AND YOURSELF NOT THE COMPANIES YOU STOLE FROM!

We have EVIDENCE from a third party known as UPS! They have provided us with SEVERAL signatures of your "Melissa Jackson" wherin you signed for packages from DIFFERENT companies. Afterwards your dad EJ Thompson a known felon and crook, disputes the charges. We have spoken to MANY people in Denver and California that will back this up. So YES Melissa you will be caught as well. We have images of the fixtures YOU signed for on your building. You and daddy will not get away with it. In fact you have alos been placed in collections based on YOUR signatures. So my suggestion is that you go to daddy and tell him to pay fo the fixtures your using on your cafe before you get yourself in more trouble with the law!

I understand that you are upset, but let me explain something's to you before you go pointing fingers and ruining innocent peoples lives. I'm 21 years old and have no idea how to con people to the extent you are explaining.  I am not an owner of the company, nor did I really even help or take place in the building of it.  I was busy working another job, supporting myself.  I am an EMPLOYEE of The Mean Bean.  Nothing more, nothing less.  I also have no clue what the hell you are going FAR out of your way to accuse me of.  I signed what?  It's a possibility that I was working at the shop and was the only person there to sign off a package. Honestly, I wish I knew more of what goes on with my father, but I don't and that's no concern of yours.  So unfortunately for you, your pulling me into issues I know nothing about, nor want to.  So please, cut the childish games off.  Calling and threatening me is not appropriate.  Whatever beef you choose to have with my father, does not mean you go bringing his children and family into it.  That's incredibly low.  Please delete this off the internet and let me be.
