Won item via ebay auction. Paid for shipping insurance and paid quickly. Melissas455 says she shipped, it was returned to her twice and she shipped again each time. Says she included extra gift for my patience. Never received even after asking her to track, tried to work with her for 6 weeks since she said the USPS was 'looking into it'. When asked for a refund after 10 weeks, she refused. Told her to claim the insurance and give me a refund. She said she had no proof of insurance. She said she was not responsible due to fault of shipping service. Would not refund money even though I never received anything for my payment of over $300. Clearly a scam seller. Takes your money, never sends goods and/or never pays for insurance, and feeds you a sob story. Poor business woman. Truly a low life. Uses many different names Melissa Swanson, Melissa M McCubbins or Melissa McCubbins Swanson. Uses the name melissas455 on ebay. Does not understand the meaning of shipping with insurance (even when someone else is paying for it). Probably does this on all higher priced items, strings buyer along until dates have past to get their money back, and then tells them too bad. BEWARE!
