Complaint Review: Melissa Zimbelman

 Shame on me for not heeding the warning of the other individual who had dealt with Melissa! I always read reviews and most of the time base my decisions on them. What a mistake it was to overlook her bad reviews! I also rented a home from her. She was really mean every step of the way but I really liked the location of the house. On move in day I noticed lots of things I didn't see when I did the quick walk through when I decided to rent. The floors were filthy I scrubbed the tile at least 10 times and couldn't get it clean. The blinds and cupboards were dirty, lights and appliances not working, I could go on. They didn't fix any of it. I was so upset and I am having unrelated health issues so I moved out, I just can't live like that and I need my families help I can't live alone. Melissa has done nothing to get the house re-rented so I don't have to keep paying the rent even though I moved out. If she was to hurry up and get it back on the market and show a good faith effort to help me out I will go on here and let everyone know that she has done the right thing. But, like the other person said she really doesn't seem to care about anyone. She knows she can sue me for the rent if I don't keep paying it so she doesn't bother putting it on Zillow or MLS. Bad business and being an all around uncaring person eventually catches up to people. Just don't rent from her and if you are an owner do not let her manage your property she will not represent you or your home well.
