Complaint Review: MelodicDay

This is a spinoff company of pinkqueen.com. They certainly created this second name to hide from all the negative reviews pinkqueen has. It's a fraudulent enterprise. I ordered an item from them and they never sent it. I received bogus responses that what I ordered was in high demand and delayed. This went on for weeks until I filed a complaint with PayPal. Suddenly a package with tracking number was sent. Upon arrival it was completely the wrong item. They had their tracking number, however, so PayPal refused to take further action. They never responded to me again. I filed a complaint with IC3 dot gov since they are based in China. There is no recourse to customers as a result of their location. All we can do it try to get their website shut down for fraud.
