Caution Melting Pot Restaurant
Warning: Caution neighbors on using the Melting Pot restaurant downtown Nashville for special events via the holidays. I dinned there this past Saturday night and the service/ server both were inconsiderate, lackadaisical and simply the worst dining experience I've ever encountered. Moreover, the server much like the management staff & owner showed no humility, remorse or were apologetic regarding ruining my planned wedding proposal dinner.

What the other poster is asking for is details. What did you pay for and not receive? What did you want the management to do about it. Did they do anything about it, even if it wasn't what you wanted or would have considered enough.
There is a difference between not receiving a drink and you asking for your entire dinner for free, and you pre-paying for an entire dinner with reservation and when you arrive on-time being told you have no reservation.

Absolutely. You're ripped off anytime you're out of cash for goods or services you paid for and didn't receive. Thanks for your lack of humility and understanding that will keep you on social media in a negative capacity. LOL!
