Associated "businesses"/people: internetsurveygroup.com, ILD Teleservices, ESBI, Fred Lloyd, VP, Strategic Planning, 5000 Sawgrass Village Circle, Suite 30, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082
Obviously this company's real business is scamming. Once they have a name and a phone number, which they get via internetsurveygroup, they third-party charge your phone bill. Do not be fooled into thinking this company is interested in providing any service or customer relations. They don't want customers, they want the one time 30 dollar charge and they are satisfied. THIS IS THEIR BUSINESS.
This is the business/scam of people like Fred Lloyd (could be a fake name, who knows) which will be the downfall of our country and ideals. Imagine all the tax breaks our government is giving this "businessman" for giving jobs to the scam artists answering the phone. They are succeeding, many will not dispute their charges. But at what cost? This is principle. Stand up against this underhanded, fraudulent behavior where ever you see it. Make a difference by saying you don't accept it--whether it's Member's Edge today, or something that you see going to the grocery store tomorrow. Make a positive difference.
What I found helpful with this particular case....Call your phone company and say "I'd like to dispute the charges of (3rd party-Member's Edge) because they are illegitimate/fraudulent" also ask that 3rd party billing be blocked on your phone bill so other scammer can't repeat similar charges.
From what I gather from past people's experience is that they will continue to try to charge you. And refuse to take the charges off. I do not know if they will actually have the power to affect credit reports. Hopefully not.
Also, check out Docket No. FCU-05-16 and FCU-05-22 in Iowa. I suspect this company will do this as long as it can, close up/bankrupt/etc. and then the founder will open a "new" company and continue the scamming.
Maybe they don't care if you don't pay, because then they can claim "legitimate" bankruptcy due to "customers" not paying their bills. HA! Only in America!
Good luck to the honest hardworking legitimate souls out there! Tell them it's UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

Joshua Gagig is reported owner of this fraudulent, illegitimate third-party charging company. A representative said that customersupport@membersedgellc.com was his email. Do not expect that these poor employee's know that the company they work for is involved in scamming, I believe they truly don't know who or what they work for and represent. Again, refer to Docket No. FCU-05-16, and FCU-05-22 complaints filed with the Department of Commerce Utilities Board in Iowa by the Office of Consumer Advocate. This company is participating in "cramming" and other illegitimate billing activies. Refuse to pay. Make the world a better place and tell them this practice is unacceptable. Try to appeal to the basic human ideals these poor employees might have had before they were brainwashing into being the slave-robots of this menacing company Member's Edge and the mindworkings of "Joshua Gagig" and other Member's Edge's "CUTTING" ways through the fabric of American ideals. It's NOT just 30.00. This is becoming a way of life for this predator. Fight back with righteousness on your side! Bush would be proud!
