Member's Edge, ripoff, fraudulent charges, scam, never authorized, unethical, won't remove charges, can't speak to a manager Internet
I received my Phone bill and saw charges on it from a member's edge, a company who I never heard of. I called and they claimed I signed up for voicemail service and was being charged $14.95 for set up and another $14.95 for monthly service.
I have never signed up for such services and I explained this to their rep, she stated they would cancel the account but cannot remove the charges. I requested to speak to a manager and was forwared to a voicemail service.
They had all my info, how is beyond me. I left a voicemail for the manager and never received a callback. I would like to make this clear.
I have never signed up for any service with member's edge nor did I authorize my info to be used for such service. These charges are fraudulent and bogus and I will never pay them.
It's sad that the only way a company can make money is to add on fraudulent charges to people's acounts!
