Complaint Review: Member's Edge Voice Mail - ESBI

i evidently signed up on a travel website for travel information, and later that month when i received my telephone bill, this 'member's edge' company had placed a $32 charge to my phonebill for "email/voicemail" services. Upon contacting my telephone billing company to inform them that i did not agree to these charges, they contacted member's edge and stated that member's edge was very rude to them on the phone. My telephone billing company refused the charges to member's edge, but i am concerned that member's edge may try to bill me personally or attach this charge to my credit report. HELP! any advice?
