Complaint Review: Member Works Connections

I was charged $9.95 a month dating back to October 2003 by MWI Connections. I called the number that appeared on my credit card statement and they notified me that I had allegedly subscribed to their membership through Orbitz. I never made such a subscription! Immediately I asked for a refund and they refused. I asked to speak to a supervisor who notified me that my subscription would be cancelled. They ended up refunding me for 3 months.

This company trades on the Stock Market under MBRS and seems to be a legitimate company. However, their marketing and business practices seem to be a bit suspect and fraudulent.
